Description

NOTE: THIS PUZZLE IS CLOSING EARLIER THAN ORIGINALLY SCHEDULED! This puzzle is a repost of Puzzle 920 which included an erroneous contact map. The set of predicted contacts has been improved for this puzzle, and the Contact Filter has been activated. Players may load in solutions from Puzzle 920.

For this target, the CASP11 organizers have provided "sparse" experimental data about possible contacts in the protein. Contacts are scored with the Contact Map filter in this puzzle, and there is an upper limit of 950 possible points from the filter. The starting structure is an extended chain, and secondary structure predictions can be found below in the puzzle comments.
