Description

For this target, the CASP11 organizers have provided additional "correct" contact predictions, which we have combined with the sparse data contacts from Puzzle 920b. Contacts are scored with the Contact Map filter in this puzzle, and there is an upper limit of 985 possible points from the filter. Players will NOT be able to load in solutions from previous puzzles. See the puzzle comments for secondary structure predictions!
