Description

NOTE: This puzzle was closed prematurely and has been reposted here.

For this target, the CASP11 organizers have provided "sparse" experimental data about possible contacts in the protein. Contacts are scored with the Contact Map filter in this puzzle, and there is an upper limit of 15900 possible points from the filter. The starting structure is an extended chain, and secondary structure predictions can be found below in the puzzle comments.

Here is the sequence logo predicted by the SAM server:

H = helix
E = sheet
C = loop (or coil)

The taller the letter at each position, the higher the probability of that specific secondary structure for that amino acid.

Sorry about that. There was an error in the original puzzle description—the maximum number of points from contacts is 15900. You should receive 150 points for each satisfied contact.

Perhaps some more fine tuning is needed :P

This change seems to give a little TOO much weight to the contacts, at a loss of good quality folds :) You'll see it when you get the results back!
