Is it just me or did the scoring on this change when the program was last updated? I had a score of 9148 saved, but when I opened it the score came in at 8818.

Same here. My score was 9,196 a couple days ago. Now I can't get back for the life of me. My best is now 8,928.7
Does the fragment have to be a helix? The instructions suggested that any amino acid could be mutated on the helix. I didn't think to try explore alternate loops until a couple days ago.
