Im not sure, but I check one of boxes (disable limit) and upper part apears.

Try clickin/unclickin all checkboxes. It works for me.

The clicking of the check boxes worked for me. I created a bug report in the feedback. Maybe one day it will get fixed.

Was able to work around this problem in Windows back pressing Shift-TAB. Essentially back tab from password and the Username box shows up. Experienced it twice on new installs, one PC that had seen Foldit before but was uninstalled and a brand new PC. Windows XP and Windows XP 64.

I have also experienced this. I just installed it. I'm running Windows 7.
