Can't sign in - no username box

Got same thing on a Windows 7 install as well. The Shift-Tab from the password field worked though. Let me know if you need more info. Foldit version 68249e5136f7b5075b75e2b2fb347699

Well, I discovered this, and what I found was that after the first run of the program, options.txt is created in the Foldit folder. In that file is this line:

"login_dialog/player" : ""

I filled in my username in the quotes, and then when I started up, I entered password, and play online, and it worked…I think subsequent startups it showed my username in the box.

I was honestly shocked that this worked, but glad that it did.

pressing SHIFT-TAB from the password-box worked for me…even the username-box did NOT show up I could enter my name.

I also had this problem, what solved it for me was un-maximising the window.

It's an obvious bug of the program, which has been here from at least 21/07.

Is anyone actually reading this forum ?

Another bug is, the @ character isn't recognized, which is quite annoying for typing an email address. Fortunately, copy/paste works.

Yes, I wrote a feedback thread sometime ago about the problem with @, but still no change.

Click "Connect using proxy" and the user name box will appear.
