The files are on Google sheets. I should make them available to other players in case I or my google account disappear. The sheets are available in reading here (I recommend the interested players to take a copy, as I did from the ones by Maarten).

I'm planning to use this database in order to calculate the rankings for old puzzles (the puzzle score beeing the delta score_t - score_t-1) in order to be able to "count the medals" and to update the famous "Madde list".

By the way going to see Madde's work, I found possibles ways to update more old results using it's day to day puzzle results, like for example here CASP11 analitics. But it's a lot of work.
