The present site appeared arround Tue, 12/11/2007 - 09:44 (see here. We see appearing spvincent (player #3010) within the top players on 12/07/2007.
The first puzzle page showing players is puzzle 50 where we see only 13 players credited, with top player p66 (player #4840) and first team mention: Void Crusher formed 11/01/08, with top player TheGUmmer (player #12518). I found another group formed earlier: L'Aliance Francophone 04/17/08. I see other linguistic or regional groups formed at this time like team China, Australia etc.
On puzzle 52 expired 05/16/2008, we see 46 competing groups and 367 players.
On puzzle CASP Practice 1-1: Fibronectin, expired 05/19/2008, 66 teams and 614 players are competing.
Aunt Deen contributed so much to the game. While she wasn't around long while I was learning the game, she left a legacy of black belt videos and so much positive energy about the game. Her curiosity, openness to many approaches, and collecting the best from everyone is what I love most about Foldit

I suspect kaisehai288 is a spammer, maybe even a spambot. No signs of life. The kind words for auntdeen may have been scraped from a random page on fold.it, but Google can't find them.
Indeed… they didn't even spell auntdeen correctly :-(
We've seen the same thing on some forum spam lately. One spammer quoted devjosh in their post. Another one today had "orange in, blue out" folding tips. Then the player's profile page has spam.
Looks like it was scraped from post #3 in this thread.
One of the best things I remember from being here was getting to spend most of a day with auntdeen.

Perhaps the new web site will consider these suggestions.
I added a section for the players who huge contributed to the community but never achieved rank 1 soloist or evolver. Aside LociOiling for example (who is in the list), I would like to nominate Susume and several "first inventors" of recipes of recipe functions that has a long survival in present recipes. Ravn_pl for example, who I don't see in the list. What do you think of these 2 nominates (I would like to limit the number of nominates here, because this list would be less "objective" than rank1 players list) ?
