not a valid win32 application

Hello.
I have the same problem with win32. Do anyone knows how it can be fixed? I have tried an idea to unblock the installer, but it didn't work. And older version I couldn't find.

After installation, I get: foldit.exe invalid Win32 application
I have windowsXP-32, is it okay ?
