We have a new update today, mainly with new features for the alignment panel.
Loading your own templates: When you load a solution as a guide in an alignment puzzle, that solution will become a template in the Alignment Tool. This will only happen if you would have been able to load that solution directly. It will appear as the last template in the reserve, named GUIDE. Only one at a time can be loaded this way.
Alignment sequence coloring: you can toggle the coloring of the letters in the alignment panel between the default "type" based coloring and hydrophobicity.
GUI: There is an option to turn off some of the GUI elements, mainly for speed.
Buddies: Managing buddies through the game works.
Fixes: Mutate should not get "stuck".
