We've posted another update today that should have improved alignment for the density puzzles! There are two alignment buttons. The "Align Protein to Density" will completely realign the protein no matter where it is. The "Refined Alignment" button will start from the protein's current position and align from there (which was the previous behavior).
This update also includes a delay before the GUI fades back in and fixes some bugs.
I downloaded the program last night and installed it without any problem on my home computer. This morning I downloaded the program (presumably after the update) and it won't start in Windows 7. I keep getting an error "Error switching to working directory." Is this a glitch in the latest update or is there something wrong with my system?

Actually, this problem should be fixed now. Please try redownloading and reinstalling the game.
La mise à jour s'est effectuée correctement, sauf un petit problème avec les puzzles d'introduction, le ligand, le calcul est devenu très lent, et le ligand s'est placé de lui-même. Après plus de problèmes. Quand j'ai vu que le logo bêta pour windows XP, Vista, et que 7 a été rajouté, j'ai télécharger la version à partir de la page principale de Foldit, message d'erreur new script output, maintenant plus de nouvelle interface, view options est limitée, et des problèmes dans main menu, ou le puzzle disparait, et nouveau message, Foldit ne répond pas, windows cherche une solution au programme, et fermer le programme.
vous etes sur XP, Vista, ou sur Windows 7?
