We'll shortly be switching the build platform for the Linux version of Foldit to 64-bit Ubuntu 10.04. This uses libc 2.11.1, and the binaries run on Fedora 13 (the previous build platform) so this should be a minor change, but we'll post it through the Developer Preview when ready to check for any issues.
