avoid molten globule?

Anyone who can get a score of 170000 with the latest CASP8 puzzle without the protein going molten globule on it? (molten globule is when there aren't really nice structures anymore and you get a compact ball of protein)..

I need to lock the structures to avoid them to bend and loose their secondary structure, but then I don't get that high scores? Are there people with high score solutions that look nice?

No, my understanding and observation is that the high scores were due to a bug in the program for a short period of time that sucked the structures right out of everything. Now that the bug has been corrected, you won't be able to achieve such incredible scores.
