An outline of an idea.

*Featured puzzles
*New Categories (separate from the main)
*One disease per category
*No time limit or until an solution meets requirements

Players could work on diseases like Cancer, Alzheimers,HIV / AIDS etc.
The puzzles in each of Categories would be focused on finding solutions for that disease.
Puzzle Solutions that meets requirements could be sent to the main category, where other players could try to improve the solution.
