1. Create a contest and use a plain puzzle.
2. Use the replace_aa() function to create the amino-acid-sequence you want, using the single-letter codes as listed here:
   http://foldit.wikia.com/wiki/Amino_acids

I'm a beginner trying to create a 55 amino acid protein.

I've created a Freestyle design 80 contest intending to delete some AA, but when in Design Mode, I right click (to delete/insert) anywhere in the chain, appears a message "can't insert or delete segment here". So, how do I fit the desired number of AA I need?
