Frequent crashes

I have Win XP, SP3 and I am having the same problem. Everytime I try to do anything, it just crashes. Did not really have the chance to play it.

I have a AMD Athlon II X2 250, 1.9Gb ram, NVIDIA GeForce 7025/nForce 630a and I really do not think it is my computer's problem that causes the breakdown, since it usually does not crash even when runnin highly demanding programs.

Really do not know the problem. Can anyone help?

I keep randomly crashing once game starts within 2 minutes or less, every time I start it up. I am running windows 7 in XP SP3 compatibility mode but doesn't help. My system is Win7 x64 corei7 with 8GB RAM. Any other tips?

install or play some time and it is starting different behavior?
Did your client download updates at first start?

I haven't been playing long, but Foldit didn't crash for the several weeks I played. After the last update, it's been crashing frequently but there's no real indication of a cause. It seems to happen most when I'm trying to switch to a different puzzle, but happens at other times too.

Windows XP 32bit, AMD Athalon II X3 445 processor, Radeon 4350 video card.

I am running AMD Athalon 3400+ 256MB RAM 256 MB Graphics card.
Freezes my pc too often for me to get far in it.
I just started playing it,(may, 26 2013).
I read it worked before update,…i never played it before the update.
Hope listing my specs and mentioning that i had the issue also will help to resolve this crashing issue.
I will check back with the games updates,..to see if its addressed and fixed.

Hiya!

Let's go ahead and get your specs posted in the feedback area so we can troubleshoot and diagnose what might be your issue, and not bump this old thread.

Thanks.
