Secondary Structures under Alignment tool

Of late, whenever loading a template from under the Alignment tool, the backbone loads but any secondary structure of the backbone is not available. All that I am left with is loops as opposed to a mix of helicies, sheets and loops. I've no problem going in and adding the SS but shouldn't the SS appear after threading. Do I have a setting switched off? Please advise.

Indeed most puzzles start with predicted secondary structure assignments (for example when you thread) but this puzzle does not.

You do not have a setting switched off or anything, this is only specific to this puzzle.
