I'm writing a bioinformatics algorithms paper about the efficacy of this crowd-sourcing approach vs. traditional de novo prediction algorithms. Does anyone know if there is any data regarding player hours input to solutions discovered?
Basically I'm looking for any data on how 'effective' foldit is, something I can use to compare to runtime analyses.
