I made simple .NET application to convert v1 to v2 code.

After converting in NEED EDIT in almost every script.
Look for #NEED EDIT sign in output code.
Post comment if found any bugs.

To make it clear: this application need Windows and .NET 2.0 runtime.
All win 7 and win XP xp2 and up have it.
It should also work on linux using MONO.
