Most puzzles have no bonuses or conditions by default. So, if there's one, you should be able to see it from the very beginning (at worst, the program would simply say that the bonus/condition isn't met). The only exceptions are evolver and cut point conditions, which are only triggered later when it's relevant to the situation.
