I'm curious if it would be possible to see some (top 3?) of the winning folds for a given puzzle. As a beginner, I have very little intuition for what winning/high-scoring results should/could look like, particularly for puzzles without guides.
At this point, things seems pretty open ended to me.
Thoughts?
If you are in a Group, you could always look at the highest-scoring shared solutions in your Group for ideas.
Also, if you go to the page http://de.foldit.wikia.com/wiki/CASP10 and scroll down to where it says "Submitted Models", there are links to many different CASP10 Targets. For example, Target T0743 has its own page http://de.foldit.wikia.com/wiki/T0743 on which images for different high-scoring structures for Target T0743 are shown.
I appreciate the suggestions.
Certainly the rendered models provide a wide variety of "options" for the same set of amino's, but I think that shared team solutions will be most helpful since I can manipulate them as well. I only just joined a team, so I'm not entirely sure how it all works. That said, I haven't interacted with an teammates, so I'm confident I'll get the hang of it.
