view changes crash the program

Fold-It runs fine until I try to change any of the parameters in the View menu. When I do this, the parameters change as they should, but then a window opens telling me "no disk in drive E" and the program crashes.

I have searched for a settings menu where I could set the drive where I want things saved, but I've not been able to find this. Is it possibly a setting outside the program?

As it is, I must stick with default view settings. :(

I got to talking on the FoldIt chat and was told there have been similar reports. Today, I can't duplicate it. I can go to the view menu, change things to how I want them, then return and there is no attempt to write to drive E. I'll keep my fingers crossed.
