foldit on Windows7

'm trying to install foldit on Windows7, it was installed with no problems, but when I try to open it it first do nothing, and when I klick again it says "This game has not previously started up correctly. If problem persists please install the latest version."
I restarted computer - no change. Uninstalled and installed again - no change. Uninstalled, downloaded again and installed - no change.
Any tips? I'm first time user.
