Installing foldit for Class on Yosemite - how to

How can I install foldit for my high school chemistry students on the school laptops? After I downloaded and installed foldit as the Administrator, the desktop version was not available to the student users of the laptop. I did not see foldit in the Applications folder. Where is it installed and how can I make it easily averrable to student users of the school laptops?
