It's a little dated, but still mostly relevant to the new Foldit interface. I seem to recall it was done just after the last round of changes to the selection interface. Even then, it looked like selection was going to take over, so there's a "Don't Panic!" slide right at the beginning. The big selection takeover took a lot longer than expected.
I'll make a new version for the new interface soon. It'll be a little bit shorter. There's no more switching back and forth between interfaces, for one thing.
