Since the fundamental goal of foldit is to showwcase and exploit the human element, ie, intuition, mental prowess, creativity…, rather than computer programming skills, and in light of some players and groups now monitoring other player's scores to the third decimal place by use of less than general skills in "hacking" the foldit data, it would be beneficial to all players to have easy access to all players and group scores to the third decimal place. This would provide a level of general transparency that does not exist at this time. It clearly puts some at an unexpected (and likely unintended by developers) advantage and others at an unexpected (and likely unintended by developers) disadvantage to have other people monitoring scores or other characteristics for them that they cannot themselves do in return.
