I'm on a mac so there is no home key on my computer. Is there some other type of button that performs the same function. I've tried resetting it and also restarting the app and nothing happens.

I believe the home key on a mac is either fn-left arrow or command-left arrow.

If Judecca's suggestion doesn't help you, know that you can also move the camera view by holding down Control or Cmd while you click and drag on the white background. Zoom by holding shift while you drag.

"Q" key have almost same function as "Home" :)
