Secondary Structure Mode ?

Was thinking it might be very helpful if there was another mode (4 key?)

In this mode the backbone would display as a solid color such as gray, and would have two other colors (red/blue?) that it would color the individual segments more or less of that color depending on the likelihood that a segment is either a helix segment or sheet segment. Also, a pop up text that said something like (84% Helix) to show the actual likelihood of that segment being either.

It seems that there is software which can predict what structure the segments will be fairly accurately, and I think it would be helpful for people reworking the puzzle to see how likely it is that a particular segment is either helix or sheet.

Maybe just have a button that automatically assigns secondary structure? (which would be undo-able)

I think that would be useful too, but sometimes I think it would be a bit more helpful to have a little more information than that. Especially for complete rebuilds of a puzzle, I think it would be helpful to have a percentage, or some kind of visual indicator.

Something that a judgment can be based on. For example if I'm thinking of converting a few segments to a sheet, and trying to get them to bond, or shortening the length of a helix, I think it would be good to see what the computer thinks the odds are of that being the correct structure.
