Cookbook: Wiggling until score doesn't improve anymore

I think most often we don't want to have a fixed amount of wiggle iteration in cookbook recipes but want the recipe to wiggle (or local wiggle) till it doesn't produce any increase in the score. At the moment you have to guess how much it will take at maximum with slows down the recipe a lot when it doesn't require the maximum amount of steps.

I think there must be condition: wiggle while some (user defined) positive change in scores produced

This will be possible with LUA without any special changes, so I am closing this suggestion.
