On the web site, when you sort the recipe's by rating, it should use the number of ratings as a secondary score. Because a 4.5 with 90 ratings is definitely worth more than a 4.5 with 2.
Make sorting recipe's by rating, sort by # of votes, too

this has been resolved (in that you need a minimum of 10 votes to show up when sorting by rating):

I don't this this is resolved. Can't be that hard to make a no. of votes column? Really is much easier and helpful.
