During manual move I have much difficulity to move it that I want.
Good tool would be to set some part of protein and set it as "ignored", like it not even been attached to rest of it. That should make manual alignment much easier: we freeze parts we like, ignore parts we not need and drag the rest w/o annoying side-pulls form unaligned part.
