It would be nice if you could:
1) Use a "magnet" tool that pulls either hydrophobic or hydrophylic parts towards the tool.
2) A tool to simulate the protein forming in water - basically draw all outer hydrophobic parts gradually into the core of the structure.
I like the idea of a water tool. Certainly the proteins in foldit don't appear to behave as if they are in water.
There needs to be new tool development to enable the non-script-users (or script-users in non-script-user mode) to compete equally well with the scripters.
