I think it would be nice to be able to pause a script so that one can intervene with a manual manipulation, or especially to be able to save and upload to the group in the middle of a script. It might take some careful consideration of what functions to enable or keep disabled during a paused script though. If the pause would only pause after the current line of code, I wouldn't think it would interfere too much with the script if you then tried to have it pick up where it left off. If this tool is implemented, it might also be useful to have a "continue from current" or "continue from paused state" option.
Just an idea; I'm not sure of how the logistics of it would work.
