DNA can hydrogen bond to protein. Mutate the proteins to form better bonds. Try adding a long hydrophilic here. Try a shorter, forked hydrophilic here

not sure what s meant here, dna can bond hydrogen to protein? it confused me while trying to figure out what to do.

This sentence is referring to DNA being able to form hydrogen bonds to proteins.

Thank you for spotting this grammatical error, since "DNA can hydrogen bond to protein" makes no sense!

We will change it to: "DNA can form hydrogen bonds to proteins."

Is that better?
