Around 9pm EST 9/10/12 only 19 were listed in Global Chat. Usually closer to 100 are there.

Also, the server was being very slow last night, around the same time. The website and client took a lot longer than usual to load.

Yes, it seems like yesterday (when fold.it went down as well) was not a UW issue:

Our sysadmins are looking into why there have been frequent disconnections recently. We will keep you posted as we get more info, as our labs have been having the same problems!
