In puzzle 735, if 4 segments are added, for example at segment 39, then the helix from 42 to 56 is renumbered 46 to 60. Then later on, if you click on Reset Structures, segments 42 to 56 get turned into helix, instead of 46 to 60.

I heartily concur. It is discouraging, time consuming and confusing to have to go back and redo one's structure changes every time you wipe them out.

workaround: AA Copy Paste Compare will let you save the structure to notepad with copy paste, and paste it back with an offset or in parts.
