most of the time it hangs for only several seconds, but sometimes it hangs for over 30 seconds.

Not new. We've been having the issue for a while.

I thought you had gone and fixed last time we had many design puzzles (when there were multiple feedbacks, people reporting for different puzzles). Looking now…
