I would like to have an option where only your selection (as usual) is re-built, but the rest of the protein is free to move in space (but as if it is frozen). It would, for example, make re-building helixes in the middle of a DeNovo possible, as the rest of the protein wouldn't change, but would move to account for the compression of the helix.
