Instead of the clock with the segments going around in a circle, can we get a plain digital counter that just reads: iteration, time, and the number of the protein segment being worked on? It may be not as sexy as the wagon wheel, but I think it would be more useful so we could see where we are on the iter of a large protein and decide whether we can stop or not.
