debug information for crashes

Create a Lua script function the accumulates debug information that can help the development team fix bugs. It could include user information like what operating system, what puzzle was being run, what Lua function was executing, what Lua script was running, the version of Foldit that was running, etc.

It could contain internal Foldit variables that the the user has no knowledge about that could be looked at by the development team.

There is crash information in the log files which is why the developers like us to post them when reporting crashes, also providing the OS and version, main or devprev and the script running if any.

Also, they have recently added an auto-reporting feature (though that only works for non-segfault crashes, if I remember correctly, or something like that).
