If there is a bonus/penalty for getting contacts right/wrong, please make it visible as a subscore. That way recipes can be made to optimized for this.
BTW for scripters: if the contactmap.GetHeat(i,j) < 1 then it is a predicted contact.
Second suggestion: put in a slider in the map (like with ED) to increase/decrease the visibility of the contacts.
