and use model one to see how long it takes to simply wiggle the protein.
It would be best to use while only one client is running and without hiding the puzzle. Your results will change depending on the number of clients you are running.

It took 31 seconds

Reliably goes from -875417.46505294 to -93273.499675911 points
39 seconds and 37 seconds with 3 other clients running scripts (so it made 4 in all)
34 seconds with 2 other clients running scripts

Not minimized, but view was "stubs only", no boxes checked.
