1) A large number of arginines and lysines are appearing on the outside of the designed protein from using auto-mutate. The only times I've seen this many arginines and lysines come up is when the "envsmooth" variable was set improperly. Just thinking this might be happening.
2) When pulling or wiggling on a segment with frozen backbone segments, the text pops up saying "Segment is locked", which has not been normal behavior from some time, if I remember correctly. Usually I can wiggle a selection (local wiggle) or pull on a frozen structure by unfreezing the last segment in the sequence. Usually it's a helix or sheet at the end that I'm trying to keep straight. The currently 75 residue design and the revisit puzzle both work the normal way.
