closing tickets

If a player repeatedly closses tickets, and it is clear from their comments that they did not understand the ticket, that player should no longer have the ability to close ticket. It is only one player who I see closing tickets repeatedly without understanding them, causing the tickets to require re-opening

I disagree - there are a mountain of old feedback posts most of which are no longer relevant or are personal wish lists which hod not really help the majority of players.
I don't personally think it is worth the devs spending time with the website in this way, there are more useful things they could do to improve the website.

I am talking about tickets where they are opened, the quickly closed without understanding the meaning of the ticket. I am not concerned with closing old or irrelevant tickets

Well maybe you could talk to the player concerned and enlighten them after reopening the feedback -

I'm actually going to close this. While the suggestion has some merit (limiting features that are prone to perceived abuse), the fact that feedback is being used to call out one player (named or not) is not the purpose of the feedback section.

Please resolve these issues player to player as spmm has suggested. (Good suggestion.) If you have any difficulties with that player or want me to step in and help facilitate that conversation, I'm happy to do so, but this is best handled over private message.

My intention was to show that this is not a widespread issue, but is an ongoing, long-term issue. I do not believe this is happening intentionally or maliciously. The comments show that it is simply a misunderstanding.
Private messaging has never been an option for me. I do not recieve any PM due to an error which occured during my account creation so I sometimes forget that the option is available.
