On the recent Assymetric HBond puzzle http://fold.it/portal/node/2000842 I had great success relaxing the bonds by wiggling the sidechains at CI of 0.0
Can you implement similar functionality on puzzles where the backbone is not frozen. Currently CI has very little impact on wiggling sidechains on most puzzles.
