anti-helical SS

we can set SS to sheet and helix then "Idealize Secondary Structure". I would like to see a quick way to set anti-helical SS, it does not occur often but when needed it can be very difficult to create manually.

I wrote the recipe makehelix https://fold.it/portal/recipe/42111
to make several different kinds of left- and right- handed helices.
I think it needs longer wiggles now that Foldit has different
wiggle powers.
