Intro Puzzle Level 7-2 Insertion and Deletion: popup text

In the Insertion and Deletion intro puzzle, a popup mentions "blue blinking segments". There are no blue blinking segments.

It seems the sentence "the blue blinking segments will show you where it will appear" could just be deleted.
