When viewing or creating bug reports, the page starts (below the banner/menu of Fold.it) "The file could not be created."
I am using Firefox on Windows 10.
How can this be fixed?

Same goes for the Player page - where the "Messages" indicator is not functional.
Rechecked - same goes for all browesers at my disposal on Windows 10.
