I like using the dots on Electron Density Puzzles.
They make it easy to mark positions of alpha-carbons
and sidechains, and it seems like it is easier to band
to these positions once a dot has been placed there.
Below are some requests about these dots:
(1) Allow more different colors, like yellow, that contrast
more with the colors for enabled & disabled bands.
Right now, green dots are close in color to disabled bands,
and purple & red dots are close in color to enabled bands.
(2) Let us change the default dot color so that future dots
are added with the new color and we don't have to change
the color of every single new dot we add.
(3) Let us copy the dots & their Notes from one saved solution
to another.
(4) Have something like Note Mode that turns on/off all the
Notes for all the dots at once.
(5) Have a View Menu option that hides/shows all the dots.
Perhaps sub-options that hide/show certain colors of
dots would help too.
