After last update i have freezes when dragging Building Blocks (BB) over Blueprint.
BB freezes for few seconds. No mater is it new BB from BB panel or is it an existing BB which i would like move to other location.

I'm seeing the same (Linux). It's not a total freeze, but dropping a Building Block into the Blueprint window is excruciatingly slow.

Thanks for the feedback! I can look into this.
Can you tell me, specifically does it hang up (1) when you click down to select the BuildingBlock, or (2) when you drag it over the Blueprint to preview it, or (3) when you release the mouse to insert the Block into the Blueprint?

Quick question: are you still seeing this issue on <a href="https://fold.it/portal/node/2008365>Puzzle 1769: Poly-Proline Helix Design: Round 2</a>?
For me (on a Mac, at least), the Blueprint panel only hangs for symmetry puzzles, and Puzzle 1769 is okay.

No problem with Blueprint on 1769

No freezes in symmetric puzzle 1776 when "Show symmetric chains" options dialogue is off. Otherwise freezes persists.
